Some suggestions, before contact us:
- First of all, please verify on user manuals supplied with equipment, if all procedures are done in the correct way
- Check if batteries are charged
- Check codes/signal on board computer
- Check if all visible cables are connected
- Turn off/on the machinery and start the procedure again, step by step, checking the user manual
When you call us for tech support, the first step is to locate the problem. The second step is to check whether the malfunction depends on an incorrect use, use not foreseen by the manufacturer, or on a fault. If the malfunction depends on misuse, we help the end-user to learn the best practice to use the equipment. If the malfunction depends on a fault, after identifying the damaged component, we will send the spare part as soon as possible, normally within 48 hours. The technical assistance, necessary to substitute the damaged component, will be supplied by phone.
INSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
If it is not possible to solve by phone, our technicians will go to the customer, examine the machinery, identify the problem, and then organize the repair.
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Outside Europe, we are ready to organize an inspection and a repair service, through a person appointed by us.
The terms for technical assistance vary according to the product, for all situations where is not possible to solve by phone, the inspection of the technician, is completely free if the problem encountered is covered by the guarantee, and the machine is located in the country where was sold.
