How the Guarantee Works

The guarantee protects the customer from damage and malfunctions caused by a manufacturing defect. Damages caused by the customer himself are not covered. Each manufacturer may offer additional guarantees beyond those required by the European Union. These guarantees are detailed in the documents provided with the purchased equipment. The customer needs to read all provided documentation carefully.

E.U. Guarantee

According to EU legislation, all products we sell are covered by a free 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects. This ensures that the products we sell are protected under European Union regulations. All goods are invoiced by Silcom North UAB, a company registered in Vilnius, Lithuania. Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if any issues arise, the customer must notify us as soon as possible and refrain from using the product until we assess the situation.

If the customer requires a repair, we are always available to assist, even after the warranty period has expired.
